Thermal Oil Boiler System introduction
The boiler is a new type of boiler that uses gas or fuel as fuel. The hot oil is used as a heat transfer medium, and the heated heat transfer medium is sent to the heat device, and the low temperature heat transfer medium is sent to the boiler for heating, thereby circulating.
The boiler can provide high temperature above 300 °C for heating equipment under low pressure conditions of 1 MPa and below, and can provide two or more different temperatures according to the requirements of the heat equipment.
The Advantages of Thermal Oil Boiler System Design
1. The design is compact and easy to transport and install.
2. With a variety of intelligent design, such as automatic detection, automatic control, automatic alarm and other functions, can achieve automatic operation of the boiler unattended state, saving labor costs.
3. The boiler heating surface adopts coil design to ensure sufficient heating surface and improve thermal efficiency.
4. At the tail of the boiler, an air preheater using waste heat is installed to improve the efficiency of heat utilization.
5. Compared with other types of boilers, the installation of water treatment equipment is not used, which saves costs.
