Thermal Oil Heating System brief introduction
The heat transfer oil furnace uses oil and gas as fuel, and the heat transfer oil is a heat transfer medium. The circulating oil pump performs liquid phase circulation, and after the heat is transferred to the heating device, the heat transfer oil is circulated to the boiler for heating.
The heat transfer oil furnace can oil at a higher operating temperature at low pressure.
Thermal Oil Heating System features
1. The heat supply can reach a high temperature of 300 °C, and the working pressure is generally below 1 MPa, which is safe and reliable.
2. The heating system is reasonable in design, simple to use, does not require water treatment equipment, and saves investment.
3. The coil is heated by the structure, the heating surface is large, and the heat efficiency is high.
4. It is convenient to install and transport, and the boiler body and the combustion chamber can be assembled and completed, which is convenient and quick.
5. The diameter and length of the radiant coil are adapted to the flame of the matching burner to ensure reliable operation and sufficient cooling of the coil.
