Hot Water Boiler Commercial introduction
WNS series fuel Hot Water Boiler Commercial is a shell-type three-return wet back fuel (gas) boiler.
The operation process of the Hot Water Boiler Commercial is as follows:
The first return stroke: after the diesel is atomized by the burner, the formed torch is filled in the full-wave furnace, and the radiant heat is transmitted through the wall of the furnace; the high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion is in the back-combustion chamber.
Convergence, enter the second return, the threaded tobacco pipe bundle zone; after convective heat transfer, the flue gas temperature is gradually reduced and then discharged to the front smokebox, and enters the third return process, the light pipe bundle zone. Eventually, the flue gas enters the chimney and is discharged into the atmosphere.
Technical Features
1. Advanced control technology.
The Hot Water Boiler Commercial adopts the control methods of proportional adjustment, automatic water supply adjustment, program start-stop, automatic operation, etc., and has automatic protection functions such as low water level, high temperature and flame out.
2. High thermal efficiency.
The Hot Water Boiler Commercial is equipped with an internal and external thread heat exchange structure developed by the company. This structure increases the heat exchange area and heat transfer coefficient and improves the heat transfer efficiency.
3. The inner and outer double spiral finned tubes are used for the smoke pipe, which greatly reduces the exhaust temperature of the boiler and improves the recovery efficiency of waste heat.
4. Wide range of applicable fuels. Light diesel oil, heavy oil, natural gas, pipeline gas, liquefied gas, biogas, etc. can all be used as fuel for boilers.
5. The Hot Water Boiler Commercial is equipped with imported burners with reliable quality and long service life. It is also possible to configure a dual fuel burner according to user requirements, thereby increasing the scope of application of the device.
6. The Hot Water Boiler Commercial has novel design, compact structure, convenient transportation and installation, and maximizes cost savings for customers.
7. The inspection hole is flanged to facilitate inspection of the internal combustion of the boiler and post-maintenance.
8. Fully automatic control, the operating interface is simple. At the same time, it has protection functions such as over-load, abnormal flame out, gas pressure and gas leakage. The port for remote monitoring is reserved.
