1. WNS series fuel/gas boilers have full-automatic operation characteristics, and the combustion, water level, temperature and steam pressure are automatically adjusted and automatically protected.
2. The smoke box door of WNS series fuel/gas boiler adopts hinge structure and window type opening, which is convenient for inspection, inventory, and cleaning.
Strict processing technology, longer equipment life
1. The welding of the pipe and the tube sheet is firstly pre-expanded to eliminate the gap between the tube and the tube sheet, and then the welding process of the argon arc automatic welding is adopted. Effectively eliminate stress and extend boiler life.
2. The advanced submerged arc automatic welding process is used for welding to ensure the welding quality. All seam welding is 100% radiographic inspection.
3. The finned tube is made of ND steel or stainless steel, which effectively solves the low-temperature corrosion of steel.
4. Establish a process inspection stop point, strictly guarantee the execution of the first expansion and post-welding process, and avoid cracking of the pipe hole.
Reasonable structural design, fuel saving
1. The WNS fuel/gas boiler is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber, and then refractory mud is used to keep the temperature of the furnace below 45 °C, which effectively controls heat loss.
2. Adequate steam storage and heated surfaces allow this fuel/gas boiler to efficiently produce higher thermal power and high quality steam.
3. Adding a condenser, using the tail of the boiler to remove waste heat from the flue gas, increase the boiler inlet water temperature, reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and increase the thermal efficiency of the WNS series fuel/gas boiler to over 98%, thereby saving operating costs.
