10TPH Coal Fired boiler screw type slag removal machine automatically
The slag machine is a boiler slagging device. The carbon residue generated after the coal is burned in the boiler is pushed to the slag pit by the grate, and is pulled out of the furnace by the slag machine to dredge the slag accumulation.
Screw type boiler slag machine is mainly used on boiler 6-20TON/H ,the key part is the screw shaft . Using the blade angle rotation into a spiral shape, the slag in the barrel rotates out.
The screw type slag machine has follow structures :
1. Simple structure ,with high slagging capacity and small power .
2. High quality blade,huge force and long working time.
3. Remove Slag 0.6-2.3ton per hour
