Directly From Factory Monoblock Two Stage Gas Burner for Boiler Industrial Burner
Composition of fuel gas burner
1. Air supply system: blast motor, blower impeller, protective network, damper baffle.
2. Gas burner supply system: special ball valve, filter, pressure regulating valve, gas control valve, pressure relay, gas butterfly valve, etc.
3. Fuel combustion machine supply system: oil pump, oil pipeline, oil electromagnetic valve, injection nozzle, oil pressure controller, clutch, etc.
4. Ignition system: high voltage ignition transformer, high voltage ignition wire, ignition electrode, etc.
5. Protection system: flame detector, air pressure relay, gas pressure relay, etc.
6. Feed system: servo motor.
Adjustment of ZRDLE DUNGS valve:
Working principle:
1. This valve has two open positions and is equipped with a regulator to adjust the starting point of the hydraulic brake. This hydraulic brake is used to adjust the rapid opening of the first position.
2. After the first air release in the first position, the hydraulic brake starts to work and the control valve slowly opens.
The valve is also equipped with two gas flow regulators, one for primary fire and one for secondary fire.
