Industrial burner Control method: The burner is divided into single-stage, two-stage, two-stage progressive and proportional adjustment to meet the needs of different user numbers.
1 single-stage: on/off two working conditions.
2 Two-stage: The burner output is divided into three conditions: shut-off, small fire and big fire. The burner automatically switches between large and small fires under the control of a temperature or pressure switch.
3 Two-stage progressive type: The two-stage progressive burner can smoothly transition between large and small fires, making the air/burn ratio extremely accurate over the entire range (minimum-maximum).
4 Proportional adjustment: Proportional-regulated burners are suitable for combustion equipment with high fluctuations in load and high control requirements. The treatment of the burner can be matched with the equipment load and can be continuously adjusted throughout the combustion range.
The Industrial burner nozzle oil hole has large pores and reasonable structure, thus solving the problem that the nozzle is easy to block and coke. The atomization consumes less air and consumes less energy.
Flame length, oil and gas burner, flame cone angle and flame shape can be designed according to user requirements.
The operating flexibility of the burner is large, and the flow adjustment range is more than 1:6. It can realize direct ignition and combustion of cold furnace heavy residue oil. The energy saving effect is remarkable, the combustion efficiency is above 99.5%, and the average fuel economy of burning heavy residue oil is above 10%.
It is fully burned, does not emit black smoke, and has less pollution in combustion products, which is lower than the indicators set by the State Environmental Protection Administration.
