YY (Q) W series gas fired thermal oil heater is fueled by heavy oil, light oil or flammable liquid oil. The heat transfer oil is a heat carrier. The circulating oil pump is used to force the liquid phase to circulate. After the heat is transferred to the heating equipment, it is returned to the reheated DC special industrial furnace. Widely used in such as petrochemical, textile, printing and dyeing, plastics, rubber, food processing, wood processing, asphalt heating, carton production, vegetable dehydration, baking varnish, casting sand mold drying, etc., can also be used for ≤ 350℃ baking, steaming, shaping , melting, drying.

This product uses diesel, natural gas and city gas as fuel. The balance between burner flame volume and heat exchange surface area makes the outlet flue gas of the exhaust pipe reach the optimal temperature. The thick insulation layer makes the boiler heat dissipation to a minimum. The boiler is an assembled boiler, and only the system equipment and pipelines need to be connected when the boiler is installed. The design of the integrated boiler makes installation easier and faster. The boiler uses intelligent control to make the boiler operation particularly convenient and simple. The controller is analog screen display, centralized control by central processor, automatic ignition and shutdown program control, automatic combustion control, automatic switching and control of circulating pump, automatic fault handling and alarm.
Product Features
1. Easy to install, as long as the upper body and the lower combustion chamber are closed, the installation period is short.
2. The heated surface adopts a close-packed disc tube, and the heated surface is arranged sufficiently to reduce the heat load on the surface of the tube, so that the heat transfer oil is safer to use.
3. The medium flow is reasonable. The heat transfer oil field is low (imported) to (export), and the gas generated during operation improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
4. The fuel is adiabatic in the combustion chamber, which makes the combustion fire easier, burns more fully, and better improves the thermal efficiency of the passage.
5. The top of the boiler is equipped with a densely packed coil, which can better protect the top of the furnace and avoid the burning of the top of the furnace.
