Introduction
1. DZL fast-installed fire tube steam boiler adopts single-drum longitudinal arrangement, which has the characteristics of reasonable design, compact structure, beautiful appearance and high thermal efficiency.
2. The mechanical structure of the slag discharge equipment is auger type. The combustion equipment uses the latest scale flanks. Before the grate is completed, it passes through the strict parallelism and diagonal inspection, and the equipment is stable and reliable, and the adjustment is convenient.
3. An economizer is installed in the tail flue to increase the inlet water temperature of the drum, and at the same time, it can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature and reduce heat loss.
4. The main body of the boiler is manufactured in strict accordance with the requirements of the “Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Supervision Regulations”and the“Steam Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations”, and the quality is reliable.
5. The boiler's water supply system can be automatically controlled, and the wind speed adjustment enables remote control. In addition, the boiler has high temperature, high pressure, over water level alarm and protection functions, and the safety performance is extremely high.
6. For Class II or Class III bituminous coal, a combustion-supporting device can be customized to enable the fuel to be fully combusted, thereby effectively improving the production efficiency of the boiler.
General standard
1. The boiler assembly shall be in accordance with ,2000 edition and JB/ t7985-2002, .
2. The boiler is designed according to normal pressure. The top of the furnace body is provided with an air outlet. The boiler runs without pressure and the combustion operation is safe and reliable. Atmospheric hot water boilers can be installed in any place where they are used, and are not subject to a wide range of annual inspection procedures, and have been rapidly developed in recent years.
