1. Introductions
DZL/DZH chain grate biomass boiler produced by Yongxing Boiler Manufacturing Co., Ltd. DZL fast-loading biomass boiler is a single-drum longitudinal chain grate boiler with light chain grate and stepless speed regulation device to drive biomass fuel to drive boiler operation under optimal combustion conditions. It is equipped with a blower and an induced draft fan to achieve mechanical ventilation. Not only suitable for combustion-forming biomass fuels, but also pure coal or coal-fired and shaped biomass fuel blends. The rated evaporation is 1-8t.
The DZH fast-loading biomass boiler is a horizontal three-return water-fire tube boiler. The fuel of the boiler is farmland straw, rice husk, etc. as raw materials, and is pulverized, mixed, extruded, dried and other processes to produce various types of clean fuels that can be directly burned (such as massive, granular, etc.). The fuel is sent to the top of the furnace by the conveyor, and then sent to the furnace by the screw feeder, evenly scattered on the grate, after drying, burning, burning, and finally achieve the purpose of generating heat.
2. Components
1). Feeding system. It is mainly composed of feed bin, vibrating feeder, screw feeder, spiral feeding pipe, etc.;
2). Combustion system. Mainly composed of burners, fans, igniters, etc.;
3). Ash removal system. The boiler's own ash removal system can regularly clean the furnace and the smoke pipe to ensure that there is no ash deposit on the surface of the pipe, so that the boiler can operate efficiently and continuously;
4). Air supply system. The boiler adopts the integrated arrangement of the air supply system and the burner, and the air is sent to the furnace through the blower through the blower to achieve the function of conveying fuel and supporting combustion;
5). Leading dust removal system. Under the action of the induced draft fan, the high-temperature flue gas generated after the completion of the combustion passes through the convective heat transfer in the pipe to enter the dust collector for purification, and finally is discharged by the chimney through the induced draft fan;
6). Automatic control system. The control system adopts high-brightness and full-English display mode. The PLC control system is used as the central control unit. The information exchange between the boilers is realized by man-machine dialogue mode, and the automatic operation of the BMF boiler is fully realized.
3. Structure Characteristics
1). Applying the company's core technology and processing technology, when biomass fuel is burned, it can quickly form a long-lasting high temperature zone inside the boiler, stably maintain the combustion state of the fuel, and ensure that the flue gas can stay in the high temperature furnace for a long time. This unique design enables the boiler to achieve higher combustion efficiency.
2). The material circulation circuit with good internal design of the boiler has sufficient fuel mixing, uniform furnace temperature and high combustion efficiency of biomass fuel. Compared with the traditional coal-fired boiler, the concentration of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas is very low. Therefore, the air pollution during the operation of the boiler is small;
3). The application of automatic feeding and slag removal equipment can realize the full automation of boiler work. According to the company's reliability test, all products can work continuously for more than 4,000 hours without maintenance;
4). The boiler body is in the form of quick-loading structure, and the main structure has been installed before leaving the factory. The user only needs to connect the necessary auxiliary machine and check that the device is completely normal before starting work.
5). The boiler body is automatically welded by argon arc welding process, 100% non-destructive testing, all welds must pass the water pressure test.
