3, Product technical features:
1. According to the type of fuel given, the current internationally leading biomass fuel feeding technology is used.
Due to its low calorific value and low density, biofuels make the feeding system a key technology for bio-based direct-fired boilers. The feeding system introduced by YONGXING Company is highly automated, easy to use and has good reliability. In the conveying system, there is a fireproof, explosion-proof, anti-self-ignition, anti-blocking system, and a fire water device is provided, which has high safety.
2. The combustion system consists of a water-cooled vibrating grate plus a graded air supply system.
The water-cooled vibration grate designed for burning biomass fuel periodically vibrates when the fuel is burned, which not only ensures the full combustion of the fuel, but also controls the residence time of the fuel, so that the water-cooled grate is less prone to slagging. The grate drive unit adopts a full set of imported equipment and frequency conversion control. Has many years of operating experience, high reliability and long service life.
According to the different stages of fuel combustion, the graded air supply can control the air volume at each level, which can achieve good combustion effect, prevent the occurrence of coke corrosion of the furnace, and effectively discharge lower pollutants.
3.Take effective measures to prevent high temperature corrosion and low temperature corrosion.
Biomass fuels contain high levels of chloride ions, and ash contains a large amount of alkali metals, which can easily cause corrosion on the heated surface. The company has taken a lot of measures to prevent corrosion during boiler design. At the same time, the heated surface adopts high-grade corrosion-resistant materials.
For example, high-temperature three-stage and four-stage superheater materials are all made of stainless steel SA-213TP347H, and air preheater materials are used. JNS is resistant to sulfuric acid dew point corrosion steel
4. The boiler adopts a bottom support structure with an expansion center
Most of the weight of the boiler body is transferred to the bottom support through the waterwall and downcomer and to the foundation portion of the boiler on the ground. The setting of the expansion center plays a major role in ensuring reliable operation of the boiler and good sealing.
