6 T / Hr Biomass Fired Steam Boiler Boiler Work flow:
1. 6 T / Hr Biomass Fired Steam Boiler is equipped with water-cooled walls on both sides to form a furnace and a convection flue. A single-return threaded pipe is arranged in the drum.
2. The front arch and the rear arch of water cooling and pouring are used in the furnace.
The front arch is stepped and the rear arch is herringbone, which makes the arch coverage close to 85%, which is beneficial to the combustion of biomass fuel.
3. Mechanical combustion is achieved by using a large chain grate.
4. With drum high power induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation
With automatic slag machine to achieve mechanical slag, control and monitoring instruments are complete.
