1. Before the boiler put into use or within 30 days after put into use, the unit for the use of special equipment shall register with the special equipment safety supervision and administration department of the municipality directly under the central government or the city where the district is located. The registration mark should be placed or attached to a prominent location on the special equipment.
2. After the completion of the installation, transformation and maintenance of the boiler, the construction unit that installs, renovates or repairs shall hand over the relevant technical data to the user within 30 days after acceptance.
3. The construction unit that installs, renovates and repairs the boiler shall inform the municipal special equipment safety supervision and management department of the municipality or the district where the project is to be carried out before the construction.
4. The production license system shall be implemented for the design, manufacture, installation, modification, inspection, and testing of boilers.
5. The location of the boiler should be at the lower air outlet of the plant with the most wind direction in the year.
6. Steam boiler products must be accompanied by technical information related to safety when they leave the factory. The contents should include:
1. Boiler drawings (including general drawings, installation drawings, and main pressure-receiving parts drawings);
2. The strength calculation book or calculation result in a summary table of the pressure component;
3. A summary of the calculation book or calculation results of the safety valve emissions;
4. Boiler quality certificate (including factory certificate, metal material certificate, welding quality certificate, and hydraulic test certificate);
5. Boiler installation instructions and instructions for use;
6. Major design change data for pressure components.
